iDo Cleaning did such a great job for washing my house, their equipment are well organized and professional. My house was covered by moss and dust, it’s almost new after they washed. They even washed off the engine oil stains on my driveway. I’ll recommend to my friends!!
I have trouble with remove water stains from my shower glass when I want to put my house into the market, iDo Cleaning did such amazing job to polish off the water stains. Now my shower just like newly installed. The manager is very easy to communicate with, and the team members are very polite. Thank you and will definitely hire you again.
I asked the cleaning company to do a relatively easy rental move out cleaning and I felt either I am being scammed or it is poor communication. If they indeed charged extra from me, I want to let them know that the money is CURSED. I do not recommend this company at all, especially if you are Asian and you do not look tough. They are Asian but they internalised racism so much and I think they would not do what they did to me to a European. The only merit of this company is their quick response. They told me the cleaning fee is 35$ per hour. They never mentioned about having two cleaners. And in the end, I have to pay double in comparison with what I have expected. What is more annoying is that the cleaning lady has extremely poor boundaries and poor professionalism. She kept asking her client, me, private questions. And she tries to have more power over me by intentionally leaving some dirty spots on the living room floor. She also gossiped about me with her colleague. I know it is toxic but as a strategy, I highly recommend to treat them in cold manner to earn some bottom-line respect from them. My mistake is probably that I am polite to them and treat them in an equal and respectful manner. Pathetically, they see it as a sign of my weakness and try to run over me with pathetic behaviours. Either book an appointment with another more decent company or pretend to be as obnoxious as possible with them; otherwise, they will definitely try their absolute best to take advantage of you. Of course, if you are white, things might be different as they worship you. I do not recommend this company to any other decent human beings at all! If you make a living by causing confusions in other's mind, it is a problematic and pathetic life.
The original cleaning company we had booked to clean our home before moving overseas cancelled on us at 4.30pm on the day of cleaning. I found iDo Cleaning when searching for cleaners that service the Rolleston area and gave them a call. Ivan answered right away even though it was 4.30pm on a public holiday. I explained our situation and Ivan went above and beyond to help us and gave us a quote over the phone. The next morning they arrived and cleaned our windows inside and out, the bathrooms and the kitchens. They did a wonderful job, were very professional and friendly and reasonably priced. If you need your home cleaned for a tenancy inspection or a moving out clean, I highly recommend Ivan and his team at iDo cleaning! 5/5 would hire again.
