   Not that impressed, communication wasn't that great and I was mostly dealing with someone besides Erin herself. I wasn't clearly informed of some of the info that my bank needed from me, leading to me having to get a costly extention on the deadline for conditions (I'm lucky it didn't fall through completely). I'd recommend going directly to the bank with the best rate and dealing directly with the bank instead of through a middleman like a broker.
