   Impressive service from Daniel today. I loved having the ability to book online, and Daniel turned up in a timely manner. He was friendly and courteous, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was able to work out where the leak was coming from and resolved the issue without fuss. Overall I thought the fee was very reasonable for the service provided. I would recommend Repair Mate without hesitation.

   Booked a job using the website, but the repair person failed to show up. We scheduled for a few days later and he failed to show up a second time. I texted to ask for an update and he replied by cancelling my booking with no explanation. Perhaps he’s just super busy but it’s frustrating to have to find someone else now having wasted a few days at this point.

   Friday 13th June. The dryer has now been repaired with a replacement part. Appreciate that Daniel has completed the work with no extra charge. Thank you. Edit: on 18th May, Monday afternoon, Daniel has been and assessed the dryer. Currently waiting on replacement part. I will complete a new review once The work is completed. I do appreciate that contact has been made and the dryer has been assessed and the part, same as last time is now being sorted. Original review; *Main issue, I am really disappointed in Is the customer service and after care support, when the dryer that was repaired in late January, has by mid May failed again, with what appears to be the same issue and the business won’t answer phone, email, txt to discuss this it’s really disappointing. I paid $581.83 for repairs.
