I would highly recommend Fraser Flynn to anyone looking to rent a property (either as a tenant or a property owner) in the Christchurch area. My partner and I were referred to Fraser Flynn via another real estate company (which doesn’t do rentals, hence the referral), and from start to finish, the entire process was absolutely seamless. We viewed several houses within our budget, picked one, and have been slowly but surely turning it into a home (for at least the next 12 months). The entire team is responsive and supportive, whether it’s minor alterations (e.g. adding new plants to the garden), requesting new rubbish bins, or various maintenance requests. Speaking as a tenant I feel like Fraser Flynn is one of the most pleasant property management companies I’ve ever worked with.

I have lived at a property managed by Fraser Flynn for about 2 years, and have found them to be extremely easy to deal with. They are prompt on any work that needs doing and always happy to talk about any property needs. Me and my partner have recently moved out and found them to be very accommodating of us breaking the lease early and made it a quick and painlesss experience.
