Excellent customer service in store at Merivale. Staff members gave time and expertise when I was trying to select gifts for my nieces. The product is stunningly presented and I would highly recommend Dyrberg Kern Jewellery to all age groups - there is something for everybody in store.

Over the years I have bought a lot of jewellery from Dyberg Kern. Unfortunately I have several pieces that have broken lately… clasps on earrings. The policy is a one year guarantee so the customer pays for the repair after 12 months. While the pieces are beautiful they are not fit for purpose if they are only guaranteed for a year of wear.
Very fortunate to have found a couple of exquisite statement pieces for a very special occasion, Thankyou. I love the versatility of the Compliments range, the toppers are interchangeable which can assist you with your choice of outfit and elevate your mood.
Hannah is a lovely shop assistant. She was very helpful and patient when trying to find a gift for a friend's mother's 70th. I ended up spending more than was budgeted - this was not due to Hannah pushing the sale but rather being honest and so pleasant and accommodating. With Merivale being my mall of choice, I will most definitely be back for more gift shopping as you have some beautiful pieces.
I always love shopping at Dyberg Kern. The staff are always so very helpful. The jewellery is so gorgeous I always buy a piece each time I go into their shop.

One of my favourite shops in Christchurch. A treat for the senses!! Just bought 2 new pair of earrings - Edblad YUMMY!! The ladies are lovely as well ....great service and good chat about all things beautiful. I have never had a bad experience at Dyrberg /Kern and I seldom leave empty handed!
Dyberg Kern is my favourite jewellery brand I have a number of their staple pieces and today I went to replace one of the toppers that I had lost I chose a pale pink which goes beautifully with my ring. I also came out with another ring and earrings because all of their stock is irresistible. As always the lady serving me was both helpful and fun. So if you love things that sparkle like me I highly recommend popping in to see them!
Such a fantastic store! I love love love their Edblad collection, it's so gorgeous and really reasonably priced. It's so nice to be able to try pieces on to see what works! The ladies there are always available to help style the jewellery with you. 5 stars!
