Left my car unlocked on the side of the road. Did repairs for a wof without asking first and used low quality parts. When I picked up the car my keys were not safely stored anywhere and had to be retrieved from the pocket of one of the mechanics.
Oswald saved my car! The repaid on my VW was so costly at many other places that I ended up listing the car for parts. He reached out saying he could likely fix it (no fix, no fee) for something much more affordable and he did. He also returned all of my calls which is rare these days. Gancen and the team are always superb, amazing service and always honest about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I would 100% recommend Trafalgar to anyone, they are thorough in their inspections and can quickly work out and fix what is wrong with your car. Gancen goes above and beyond and always puts the client first.
Plenty of mechanics will sell you on work you dont need done, but Gancen and the team were clear and honest about what we needed, great to deal with, and very prompt to complete the job. The service was thorough and very competitively priced. Can't go wrong if you're in the area.
I just got my starter motor replaced. It was a breeze to work with Gancen and he is consistently very good. Very genuine, professional and friendly. Everytime he does any work on the car.. Highly recommend him and will get all my car's work done by Gancen.. Keep up the great work..
I just got my car back from a diffrent mechanic but what i wanted fixed wasnt fixed at all so a friend reccomended ceasar from trafalgar motors.. he did such a great job i was very happy with the results . Thankyou very much. I highly reccomend this place. They know what there doing.
Recently got bought buy new owners and these new guys are great. Very helpful. try to diagnose the problem on the spot if they can and tell you what needs to be done and what cost you'd be looking at. No mucking about. They've done a few WOFs for me now and no issues, not like some garages who try to fail you just to get money out of you. These guys are honest.
I was taking my all the vehicles to this workshop for more that 5 years but now mechanic changed and owner do not know how to deal with customer , if you just go for WOF they take out several things and we don't have option to get to be done. For $ 60 part they change $ 250 including labor and it can done in 1 hr maximum and top up every $4 Bulb they charge $10 each if Mechanic cannot diagnose the problem for that they charge 4 -5 hr of labour plus a simple change the part cost you top on it . I was very annoyed with this guys and never every want my cars to be repair in this garage .
