   CALL DUANE. If you're a first time homebuyer and confused about the process, where to start, if you have the right funds, what's realistic for your budget... CALL DUANE. Even if you're not sure you're ready to buy, call him. He's extremely helpful, knowledgeable, easy to understand and works with you through all the confusing bank side of home loans. He corresponded directly with our lawyer and the bank which took some of the admin off us during the hectic process. I really can't say enough good things. 10/10.

   Duane is so amazing ! My partner and I are so happy with his service and help!. We started our journey with Duane just over a month ago, I googled good mortgage brokers in Canterbury and he popped up as we had reached out to a couple of other mortgage brokers and did not like the vibes we got. I rung Duane and left a message which he later that day got back to us , he was really nice and professional was honest about the process and very knowledgeable on everything from bank loans to KiwiSaver to helping us make an offer. He has done amazingly well in such a sort period of time for us, and takin so much stress away and made the whole journey easy :) we honestly can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done and will sing your praises to all we know !    I found Duane through searching for well reviewed morgage brokers to start my journey and I have found he has lived up to the reviews. He has been fantastic to deal with from start to finish and has been very knowledgeable about everything involved and great at answering any questions I had. He has made the process easy and simple and allowed me to speed through this process and get the result I was after. He helped with pointing me in the right direction of people to touch base with to assist different parts of the process which gave me all the confidence i needed to know nothing had been missed and everything had been sorted down to the smallest details. Overall the process of getting a loan sorted to buy a house was so much easier than i imagined for a first home buyer getting into the market and took alot of the stress out of the process
