   I first had dealings with Eurofinance after buying my first Quad bike off a nice fella who had used Eurofinance and still had some finance left on the quad bike. So when I decided I wanted to upgrade my Quad bike there was no hesitation in who I was going to call to arrange finance for the new quad. I called the contact I had from my previous dealings with them (Stu) who took my call even though he was on holiday in OZ watching the Great Race the Bathurst 1000. Stu put me in contact with one of his work colleagues Anita who handled everything from there. Anita was very professional as well as just being so nice and helpful. Anita took care of everything for me and went way above and beyond what you would expect, even speaking to the fella that I was buying the bike off as this was a private sale. Next time I require any finance I will definitely be calling the awesome team at Eurofinance Thanks again Anita Cheers Mark.

   Bad experience! Euro finance is actually a agent and had two staff working on my case. Signed first contract with the first staff, 3 days later got another staff calling saying do not have enough deposit. So signed another contract and put more deposit. But the financial company accepted the first contract and released the fund to the dealer based on first contract. I didn’t know after more than 6 months, and no one told me its wrong, I paid more money and interest every week. I found it out when I want to do the early settlement, asked them to follow up with the dealer and the financial company. But after 3 months, still not done. It would be horrible if I didn’t want to do the early settlement. It’s totally their fault by ruin my contract, and it’s been so frustrating and bothering me for 3 months. They are not taking their responsibilities, thus I have to seeking for legal assistance. Will definitely not recommend them.
