   I contacted Ian from Kendons a few weeks ago after a recommendation from my sister. I had been with my previous Accountant for 6 years and felt I wasn’t getting the right advice. The change over process to Kendons was seamless and the service and communication has been exceptional.    Asked Kendons to disengage all accounting services over a month ago, advised they would contact me the next week, sent followup email to disengage and provide Ethical Clearance so I can engage another accountant otherwise I would compain to NZICA and Privacy Commissioner if not done within timeframe provided, no response. Disappointing. Am now proceeding to put in formal complaints as a significant period after deadline provided has now passed also.
