It’s a very special store. It is run by skateboarders for skateboarders. And everyone is absolutely welcome. That is how I started. I bought my first skateboard here and haven’t been able to stop since then. I come to these guys for advice, not just equipment. Solid dudes. If you don’t skate, then you missing out on so much fun in life. Quickly come over here and get happy. There is no age limit for skateboarding therefore everyone should try it. Especially here in Raglan – if there are no waves, you can just go skating. Check out pump track!
I live in Hamilon and have never seen a shop dedicated to only skating gear. I was very surprised on how well stocked the store was with heaps of good gear. They also have decks in many different sizes. Definitely the best skate store I've visited. The service was also helpful.
Proper skate shop! Small but well stocked. Clearly the guys care about skateboarding.
Horrible customer service, the guy working on the 26th of Jan was very rude. We asked for help to find deck sizes and he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know then proceeded to keep watching his phone. Please find new workers someone that’s more enthusiastic about working there cause I know I’d love that job.

Unfortunately only your second review but it had to be done. Today we were kicked out of your shop for not wearing a mask. Came in with my family to buy some gear as every time we came to Raglan we loved visiting your shop. Walked in, wasn’t asked why I wasn’t wearing a mask, but was told there are masks on the counter. I refused politely as I am exempt. Then out of nowhere I was literally kicked out like a dog. Never, ever felt so unwelcome anywhere in my life before. It’s very damaging to your business to have that type of attitude towards people. Discrimination at it’s finest. We will never be back. But you seemed pleased about that anyway. Mocking us as we left shouting ‘bye bye’ like a little child. The funny thing is that you seemed so concerned about your teenage son who was working at the counter- as my non mask wearing face would give him a disease but he’s down the skatepark the day before with tons of kids all not wearing masks talking face to face. Hopefully puts things into perspective for you. Good luck with business man, I really feel sorry for the way you project your fear onto your kid.
