   I was very impressed with the service from Eden Sleep. I had an email the day after the referral from my doctor with clear instructions on what to do, and the testing kit arrived the next day. It was pretty easy to setup and the results were analysed within a week with a email and phone call followup to organise a session with a doctor within a couple of days.

   I did a sleep test here and found it to be incredibly biased that the same company who does the tests also coincidentally sells CPAPs. They recommended a trial of a machine, even though I had no sleep apneas recorded. I went ahead and ordered a trial CPAP machine just in case and was excited to get to use the device at a reasonable cost of $35 per week. Unfortunately, It was not a great experience. They did not consult with me before sending the CPAP and I late learned that it's actually crucial the device is fitted to your respiratory system before using it– which they did not consult me about. They sent me a generic system, not at all tailored to me, which very minimal instructions. I had to google how to use it myself and try to guess what pressure worked best for me. Perhaps this isn't their job to do, but it was not explained. I also had issues with payment. I received this device on Weds March 28th and paid for a week upfront. On March 4th, they auto-charged me for a second week after I only had the device for 5 days. They said they would cancel further payments once they received the device but I am still working with them to cancel the double charge. Hopefully they rectify this.
