    β€˜Un-do’ Insurance, really did nothing. No one solves the real problem for us. The person in charge didn’t answer his phone, didn’t reply his emails. We tried to contact him, but there was no any reply. 24/06/24 Update: Sent two emails to the person in charge last week, but have not received any reply. If you guys have the time to respond to comments, please take the time to respond to emails as well. Thank you so much.

    I've tried my best to contact them myself, even getting a repair shop to quote me for the repairs, but after three or five days, no one has replied to my emails or called me, and I have no idea if they're actually working on it. It's disgusting. I don't know what to do next. If there was a zero rating, I'd be happy to give it.

    Doesn't pay their outstanding bills despite authorising repairs, keep getting the run around trying to resolve. Not impressed at all and now know who to avoid with insurance in the future
