    The worst experience we've had with a courier. They just can't find the house. Multiple emails saying unable to deliver. All the other couriers are delivering to our very easy to find house. Package was meant to be here days ago. Now they say next week on Monday. And then the courier won't deliver again and we'll get another email saying unable to deliver. We live in an urban area 10 minutes from Christchurch CBD. Seriously guys what are you doing? Just do your simple job. Ridiculous. The lady on the phone asked if I live rural. Again, we live in an urban area in Marshland off Preston's Road. This is an order from Kmart. I've seen other reviews saying the exact same thing. Unbelievable really.

    Ordered and item over a week and half ago from Ashburton to Rolleston must be so far away, lol. Kmart needs to change there shipping company or at least read the reviews I recommend all businesses read reviews before selecting this company there are slow on delivery even when it's only 45mins away. There customer service team can't give you your actual delivery date they can only guess. Or does the show that it isn't well managed if you can't have your deliveries on time.

    Had a parcel picked up in Auckland on the 25/03/24. I still don't have it, emailed through and they found it in their Christchurch depot 2 days ago (03/04/2024), mentioned I would have it within 48 hours and that does not seem to be the case. I'm at a loss as to why this is all taking so long, at best its a 24hour trip between Auckland - Christchurch via truck and then 1-2 days at best for a delivery. It's embarrassing and I am incredibly frustrated.

    My son was given an opportunity to do work experience here & it has given him not only confidence but a drive to enter the workforce as soon as he can, which is amazing for a 16yo. He does two days a week, and those two days are the best days of his weeks he talks of how amazing everyone is and how well he is treated. A great company that I'm grateful to have the pleasure of knowing about, I take my hat off to this company for offering these opportunities to our young men and taking the time to teach them how a real job works.

    Toll's Christchurch branch id not doing a good job. Our goods sent from Tauranga arrived in the Christchurch depot a week ago and have still not been delivered! Sometimes goods in transit have the status "delivered" on the tracking site while goods have not been received. Very disappointing, dishonest company.

    Your claim that "Our unrivalled and seamless network across road, rail, air, and sea provides transport, logistics, and business solutions to customers throughout Australia and New Zealand." is grossly unfounded. Please explain why when my parcel arrived at your Christchurch depot on 1/3/23 from Hastings it sat in your depot until 6/3/23 before being "out for delivery" which actually didn't happen until the following day, and why did it take numerous phone calls from me including receiving the promise of a return call from your automated service that never eventuated to finally have it delivered on 7/3/23.

    Yet more damaged freight. Sadly even the Branch manager couldn't be bothered to call back. 3 days for freight to get from Auckland to Christchurch, 13 days, 2 phone calls and 1 personal visit to get the 6 kms from the depot to Hornby
