    Extremely disappointing experience with Mainstream Ltd Transport (Christchurch). Our consignment was received by Mainstream mid-October (around 15 Oct). Delivery was confirmed for Friday 17 Oct, and we were assured it would arrive that day, so we waited until 7:30pm with no communication to say it wouldn’t be delivered. On Monday 20 Oct, the driver attempted delivery outside of our business hours without any prior contact, then took the freight away. Since then, we have received daily promises with no confirmed ETA, no option to collect from the depot, and no transparency on the location or status of our goods. As of 29 Oct, the delivery is approximately 10 working days overdue, causing significant production delays to our business. Posting this to inform others so they can plan accordingly and avoid similar disruptions. We are happy to update this review if Bascik Transport completes delivery promptly during our stated opening hours or allows collection from their depot.
