To whom it may concern, if you are concerned. Friday 27th September I phoned to make enquiries about a tour of your village. The person I required was at a meeting. I phoned back later that day & got voice message, I didn't leave #. Monday 30th I phoned and left my #, nobody phoned me back. I phoned back and got a receptionist. Said what it was about and could I have an appt for Tuesday 1st, oh just come between 1& 3pm. We travel 40kms and then was asked if we had an appt, of course we didn't. Oh just sit over there says the receptionist, we sat & sat, after 15mins with nobody coming near us, we up stakes and left, with a very sour taste in our mouths. This is a very good retirement village. Great facilities for relaxing, swimming and exercising. Homes are spacious and well appointed. Garages a bit on the small side. Bus stop outside for quick link up with rototuna and chartwell. I have some friends there and they love it.

The nurses, caregivers, receptionists, and staff did an amazing job taking care of the old scouser, not just with his physical care but also with the day-to-day interactions. The sense of trust and friendship he received from the staff during his stay was amazing. Dad had problems for many years prior and we hadn't seen him this happy and comfortable than in the past two years. The premises were top-notch, and the surrounding flat area was ideal for his daily excursions to the park to watch local football matches. Thank you so much to the team at "Summerset Rototuna." * Big thumbs up *

Very nice Care area. Staff helpful & accepted my word that I had a mask exemption. A good experience of visiting for the first time.
Brand new houses with old design, I cant believe they still have a five sided shower box, should have a wet room so that if someone needs a seat ( lets face it we are all getting older ) they can have a shower. Also kitchen is cheap but functional, full of cupboards not draws, you would think they would have draws these days so you dont have to bend over to get the back of the cupboards. for not a lot more in the build cost, these could be spectacular. good size living area and bedrooms. These could be great but they are just let down by the kitchen and bathroom. Oh and I left a message on the sales line and they never got back to me.
