I never considered using a lending business over a bank, but after meeting them through work I learnt a lot about what they do and I was impressed! A few weeks later I randomly found myself with eyes for a new car, so I hit the team up and they couldn't have been more helpful - After our first application was denied I thought it was over, but they reassured me the fight is not over and the next application was approved! And even throughout while we were working with Jonathan he had some time off, but Mitch held the reins for us and kept it moving forward! The technology they have around forms to be filled out and working through the process of loan application was awesome and made life so much easier as the paper work was not something I was looking forward to - but it could not have been simpler!
