Worst courier company I have ever dealt with. So parcel never got from Auckland to Christchurch. Tried ringing them I got what I assume is a foreign call centre. I couldn't understand their English nor they mine, which has been my first language for over 60 years. Eventually got them to take my details so someone could ring me back to find out what happened. Guess what no contact from Aramex. Anyone managed to actually get hold of the company???

I struggle to understand how this company is still in business, when you google search reviews 97% are bad, there is only one nz company that was worse than amarax and the was fast ways couriers......which was brought out by......you guessed it...amarax, the tracking is never current, they never no exactly where your parcel is if you ring, they lie about checking there bays while you wait on phone and they put you on hold while they sit at desk eating and then tell you its with diver and if you dont see it today call back next day, I stood at reception listening to there staff telling these lies on phone and thought that's been me on phone many times being told the same lies. Then after a review they post back saying the are investigating it just contact them and they are always working on improving.......if you want to do better for customers shut shop! Save the customers sanity.

Aramex lost my parcel and the whole experience was extremely frustrating. I got an email notification saying my parcel was delivered, but when I checked all the usual spots around my home, it wasnβt there. I tried to contact them immediately but couldnβt reach anyone, so I opened a ticket. There was no reply for two days, even after I followed up. When they finally responded, they said the parcel was placed in front of my home. I knew that wasnβt correct, so I sent them a photo of my front door to help confirm whether they delivered it to the wrong place. They then admitted it was delivered to the wrong location and said they would fix it. I waited another two days with no update, so I followed up again. Only then did they tell me the parcel was actually lost in transit. Now they have pushed me into a long claim process. Overall, very disappointing service and poor communication. I wonβt be using Aramex again.

My package has been sitting in the chch depot for over three days. Theyre already supposed to have delivered it, and also have not sent a message informing me of a new delivery date or why its late and just sitting there. I dont live in Zimbabwe. This could have been a one day delivery, but now im going to the north island without my package. If Temu had a courier company itd probably be better than this.

Just to further show the incompetence of these drivers, my delivery was placed right next to my front door sign. The delivery stayed here for days, exposed to the street, and surprisingly didnβt get stolen this time around. How is this even possible to be so vacant when delivering our things.

Aramex Timaru were brilliant, the lady could not have been more helpful when I was having no luck with the call centre and lack of tracking information being entered by the courier. She went out of her way to get my parcel to me, very much appreciate her efforts.

So happy with Aramexβs service, affordability and reliability. Mick, our local driver is always consistent to the hour, for pickup and delivery. He is friendly, helpful and our packages are in perfect condition. We have been using Aramex booked through Trade me for a few years now and it is always a reliable service. Pickup and delivery instructions followed beautifully too. The few issues we have had, have been satisfactory resolved. Grateful for an affordable, easy and reliable courier company. Absolutely awful delivery and they donβt keep their promises. Despite making 2 separate complaints and lodging an βauthority to leaveβ which specifically requests packages to be left at the doorstep they keep leaving my packages in my mailbox. I have already had one package stolen from it. They will even put packages that are far too big for the mailbox in there with the extra spilling out so anyone walking past can see and take it. I brought this up with Aramex and they said β It will be escalated to our higher ups so, it will not happen again.β But theyβve gone and put the last two packages in the mail box. If I had any choice to NOT use them, I would, but itβs out of my hands what carrier a sender chooses.

Our local driver Tom is great! We send hundreds of parcels a year and have had zero issues with pickups or drop-offs. Really appreciate the early collections so parcels are not left out all day.
