    I waited for a haircut for an hour, making sure it was today, but I was never even seen! I understand that everyone is learning, but shouldn't you at least send someone to inform them that it is delayed or won't happen? The hairdressing tutors etc simply passed by without even looking at me while assisting everyone else. Poor communication and services from a facility meant to teach this kind of thing

    Had a lovely experience here. I got blonde foils done and the young lady did a great job. Her dedication to hairdressing was evident and she was working to a high standard. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience.

    Went here for haircut. Parking is limited outside and once full can be very tricky to get a spot. They take time to cut hair because students are learning. I liked the cut I got for free. Coming back? Maybe maybe not.

    Very very bad. I did my hair cut and foils here. Colours got washed off on my very first wash which was after 3 or 4 days after hair colouring session. I emailed them asking about it, none even had a courtesy to reply me back or to correct it. I paid 65$ just for the foils. Total waste of my time and money. Very very disappointed. They just use our head like a mannequin for their training.

    I went here for the first time last Tuesday the 13th August. I got Georgina a lovely girl that put in foils that turned out spectacularly. I was very impressed with the time she took to do this right & how she constantly checked in with me & consulted me with colours to get exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, we ran out of time for her to complete the haircut also, but she referred me to another girl that cut the hair as I requested and did a fantastic job. I hope you got to see the photos Georgina ...and a very BIG "Thank~You" to you for the wonderful service & excellent hair colour :) ..And also to the hard working team of tutors that keep this busy place running smoothly & making sure that everyone is happy :) I look forward to my return.
