   Utterly useless. We have just found out today that my Grandmother has been on carbamazepine which is supposed to be used short term and he's had her on it for 10 years!! As a result it's lowered her blood pressure and hemoglobin which has resulted in her falling over which has got worse of late. Mum rang up and got nothing but a dismissive brick wall. It was picked up in blood test taken as part of an assessment and when they saw the results big alarms started ringing. This isn't the first time we've had issues and hopefully this will be the last.

   I've seen Larry three times now, and find him utterly, UTTERLY useless - he doesn't listen, and provides the most generic, underwhelming responses. Talking to him about symptoms /concerns feels like you're talk to a brick wall while he faffs around on his computer. I have very little faith in his opinion. I wont be wasting my time or money in this place again.
