   One of the worst doctors I've had the displeasure of joining. I had to repeat myself over and over again after being asked if I use the app anymore and then when I said I didn't they asked again 3 xs apart from Maori receptionist there is no redeeming qualities. Will put in writing re these issues and then find a new doctor s in new year

   Updated Each time I have tried to get new scripts using the Tend App, there have been issues. It's just easier to just see a Dr as the Team at Watham Medical are second to none with my treatment and care and get the script I need. On the App, I seem to only be able to get a 1 months script when I need my usual 3 monthly as I can't get a 3 month script on the app without seeing the Dr. My 1 star rating is is for the app only the staff at Watham get 5 stars..

   This medical practice has down graded under tend. I've been a patient at waltham medical centre for 40yrs. I've never had reason to be upset with the service before. Now, if you have an appointment with a random Dr at tend and get stuck in traffic due to (motorcycle vs car accident) whilst trying to get to the appointment, you miss the appointment and get charged!! This is outrageous!! Tend, get your act together and realise that life circumstances happen. We are also professional people who take time out from work for an appointment, to remain healthy and well.

   I've been a patient at this clinic for almost twenty years. I've never given any reviews, good or bad, but what happened to this clinic is a joke. It's not just my opinion, but that of my loved ones as well. Dr. Angel Eads is unpleasant, incompetent, and angry that she gets patients who aren't hers. She's not interested in a full, basic examination. It's best to go into the room, say hello, leave, and of course, pay. Close this clinic before you hurt someone. Look at your recent reviews; most of the patient observations are repetitive. To all potential patients, if you're not satisfied with your visit, simply don't pay for the visit. Maybe it will force them to think twice.

   The place has gone to the dogs since tend took over. Youre just treated as a number now. No continuity of care. My family has come here for over 40 years and it used to be a nice family vibe and nothing was a problem. Now its a nightmare. My daughter had an appointment today and I asked for them to see my son who has fallen really ill all of a sudden at the same time they said there's no time in booked appointment. My daughters appointment took 3 minutes max. Could have easily seen my son aswell and not made us wait an hour in the car with a sick person to see another doctor. What does she do with the rest of pur appointment time?!! Absolutely no common sense in that. We will be leaving this practice as it not the first time we've been treated like this. No wonder all the doctors and nurses and lovely reception staff have left. Once the receptionist forgot to tell the nurse to urgently call me. So I went the weekend without medication. Today they thought my daughter was someome else when the nurse phoned. She even said im so confused. Its just a circus

   Had a traumatising experience with one of the doctors, who judged me and made me feel extremely upset to the point I was crying infront of her; as result, I’m now extremely anxious about going to the doctors. I think time management here is not very good, so make sure you have a lot of time around your day to wait 40 minutes if you have to.

   New GP Rolando Perez is from Spain and is really good at treating colds & flues and their complications in both infants and women. He fixed my 6 months old daughter up and impressed me with what he prescribed for me. I turned out to have Tonsillitis. He has plenty of appointment slots available at the moment too if you don’t want to wait 2-3 days for your GP.

   Having to pay for the wrong issue to be diagnosed and given cream that badly burned me while being ignored for my mental health issues. This medical system is literally trying to kill me but my mental health makes me unstable and I'm not going down with out a fight. Being told from the doctor that they are surprised I'm not dead from their incompetence like their other patients then sent out to pay for it is disgusting. Would love to sue this medical practice looking for a medical lawyer that's not to busy if anyone knows anyone
