   Posted by Debbie stokes > mother. Company was recommended to me, got immediate reply to book appointment, which I accepted a day and time, no confirmation! Sent second email requesting address for my appointment, No reply, day of appointment 7.30am which I didn’t see until 8.30am when I had arrived at work, apologising as not seen my messages, and attachment for payment and info needed for appointment and that it would only be a Zoom call! Replied in my only very short break and asked if this appointment was going ahead, finished my only half day working day, raced home only to find a ‘can we rebook for tomorrow message!’ Livid, wasted a week of my time!!

   Was trying to sort a partnership work visa for my partner and after going to the immigration website was a bit daunted by the whole prospect so contacted NZIA for some help. We had one meeting with them in which they gave us a really clear, step by step breakdown of the different options and what each would require. After this meeting they sent us off to do it ourselves and everything went smoothly from there onward. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. Great service.
