What a great park to spend the day at , coin operated bbqs, fish and chip cart that are delicious , donut cart , ice cream cart . Great water play area for the warmer days . Close buy is a bike pump track and other cafes . Loads of parking .What a great spot on the central city .
Impressive creation! This huge playground off Manchester Street is amazing. There are dozens of things to swing and climb up. My kids favourite is the double flying fox, because they can race each other. There are food outlets BBQs and toilets too.
What a great playground! So many fun and interesting objects to interact with. Great slides, including a three story spiral tube slide. There’s also a fun waterpark area where kids can pump water and manipulate where it goes. A great place for kids to have fun and explore physics.
The playground has many attractions like slides, swings, a sandpit, and a lot of toys to develop new skills like climbing, balance and others. It also has a water play area that's amazing! I really recommend it!
No wonder it has such a high rating—4.8! A must-visit place for families with young kids. My children, aged 10 and 8, loved this place, and we ended up spending two hours here. We were tourists and stayed in New Zealand for three weeks, and this was the best park we visited. There were clean toilets and a few vendors selling snacks and drinks.
This is a great park for kids, there is plenty of parking, plenty of space to move around. The playground equipment caters for all ages & abilities. There is also some water activities that is great for warmer weather. The park is very close to the centre of Christchurch (& the tram) if you want to visit the shops as well. If you need to burn some energy off the kids, take them here !
Best park in town. Children enjoy the zip line and big slides. Come and enjoy with family or friends or children.
Perfect playground for kids! Any age from 2 and upwards! There is a sand area as a water play area, this place is epic! My kids loved the large slide and the zip line. They could spend here all day. Plenty of sitting area around the playground but lacks shading. Coffee, ice cream and food trucks around the playgrounds
Free parking available, drinkable water fountain is also available. There's enough space and safety precaution for every child to play with. Good place to hangout with friends and family too.
Best playground I have seen in New Zealand. It's like a free amusement park. The big slides are fun for kids but also for toddlers accompanied by their guardian or even as an adult its just fun. There is ample parking for 180 minutes. Toilets available. Also drinks and snacks on the area
