Beware of this place, the old man at the entrance is extremely rude. He gives awkward looks and makes fun of gullible ppl. I went there today as I had an appointment with the immigration services, but, I was unaware that they had moved to the next door. This gentleman, instead of politely telling me that they had moved, made fun of me and mocked me for entering the wrong building. I thought ppl in Christchurch were friendly and nice but, this was not the case. Making fun of innocent and gullible ppl is not right. The management should take this person to task (teach him some manners or better remove him from his job, he seems to be an unhappy person working here).

Horrible reception. Not nice to people. Judge people by their looks. Extremely bad experience. Be careful with old guy with glasses at reception. Terrible experience I ever had in christchurch.
