Samsung has made an appointment for us to fix our tv and we were extremely happy with the service! Service was really quick and efficient and we received our tv back in no time. We were really impressed with Andy too very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!
Our Samsung smart tv had a few issues with the display. The team went over and above our expectations by contacting Samsung on our behalf (tv was out of warranty) and getting the potentially expensive problem fixed at no extra cost. Hats off to Samsung too. Much appreciated.
Fantastic service from TV Eye Ltd. They collected our Samsung TV which developed a fault in the screen. The TV was out of warranty but under 2 years old. TV Eye Ltd petitioned Samsung for repair and this was done with no charge to us. TV was returned back to us and set up again to make sure I was happy with it. Absolutely thrilled to say the least. Went in because I was referred here fron Noel Leeming over my warranty claim on a Samsung TV. Was treated like an absolute mug, would avoid these people if possible
Had a fault with a Samsung soundbar. Contacted Samsung who referred me to TV Eye. Dropped it off the very next business day. Service was friendly and professional. Soundbar was fixed and back with me the next day. Faultless service for a faulty product.. Highly recommend.
Great friendly help full service.Took TV for repair (which was out of manufacturers warranty). Reported back within 24 hours that TV was non repairable and they had contacted Panasonic on our behalf who provided us with a new TV. Excellent customer service and assistance.
