   Took my coffee machine in and asked for grinder replacement due to damage caused by a small stone. After 2 weeks was send a quote for 600 $ for repairs to multiple items that were not faulty. By the way got hold of Steve’s appliances in Auckland and they shipped me a brand new motor grinder unit for 70$ in a matter of 30min and it’s so easy to fit, DO NOT recommend KD’s service.

   Don't go near this company. We took our coffee machine in for repairs, which took 3 weeks. A new unrelated issue appeared the first time we used it, so we took it back; another 3 weeks went by with no communication from them. I had to call several times, and they said they would call back, but they never did. I went to the shop and talked to the tech guy who couldn't say what was causing the issue. So I collected the unrepaired machine, I'm now looking for a more professional company to complete the fix. I'm left wondering if their incompetence has caused the new issue. Very sad the customer service is non-existent, and they didn't seem to care.

   After telling me on the day Diane said she'd email me a copy of my paid invoice. I had to email her 3 times to get it. Shocking service with dreadful excuses. Definitely don't recommend them.

   Didn’t disclose the excessive charges other than the initial call out fee which would have altered my course of action. Tech was very nice but issue was unable to be diagnosed, same issues really as the other reviewers here. Problem with management or owners I’d say rather than the staff who I doubt would see much of the fees charged. Review not a reflection on the people that work there.

   DISGUSTING LAZY RUDE WOMEN could not be bothered even talking to me on the phone. Learn to talk to people over the phone if you expect to keep your business open. JUST GROSS

   Great experience. Technician Keith certainly knows his stuff, and turned up on time (my timeframe, not theirs), waaaaay out in the sticks, fixed the fault and gave the whole range a thorough function and safety check.

   Called re fault on oven. Explained the same fault as last visit. The fix didn't last after paying the 150.00. They said another 150.00 to come out. Tech was at my house for 4 minutes or so and said I needed a new part not replaced last time they will send a quote. Quote received and shocked at amount nearly half price I paid for oven. Called another repairer recommended by the manufacturer, and the quote came back at half the price. Had to pay the 150.00 for a call out that was approx 4 minutes but still saved in excess of 400.00. Make sure you shop around before you use this company they are overcharging people.

   I had my coffee machine repaired just over a month ago. I wasn’t satisfied with their service as it was overpriced and I’ve yet to receive a copy of my receipt that I was advised would be emailed to me.
