Technician was pleasant, skilled and didn't muck around. He had to return a second day with another part (not his fault) and I noticed I was only charged for one call out fee on the invoice. Much appreciated! How many companies would do that? Total invoice cost was fair. Technician was honest and billed for the actual time he was at my house (1.25 hrs) and didn't make some figure up like other tradies do. I fully recommend BOP Appliance Servicing.
Usually expensive but do the job so were happy but this time the caller was insulting and despite my protests id retired was of a view her notes took precedence and im wrong. Im not here to be insulted or called a liar so will never use them again. Had no issues with them being short staffed and being unable to get to it next week at all. Maybe a off day as usually reliable but sometimes there is no coming back its your choice to make
Absolutely amazing service from the team, came out and inspected our Samsung Washing Machine and located the fault, applied a temporary fix and was back within a couple of days with the replacement part. Pleasant to deal with and got the job done A++++

Great outfit, service guy came up and tried various options until he found one that worked.
Just before Christmas my freezer broke down. The team at BOP Appliances were very responsive, and helped me get another new freezer (replacement from Samsung). Communication was top, and they were punctual. Thank you for the great service. On top of that, they took away the old freezer and all packaging from the new. Their fast service saved all our food. All in all, a smooth experience and a happy customer.
We called them and asked for a quote and they said that they sent someone to our house to look at the model number of our cooktop and then they sent us an invoice in which they stated that we have to pay 97$ because someone came to our house and looked at the model number.Although it just took him 5 mins for that. We then asked them that why didn’t they tell us beforehand that we have to pay 97$ if they will send someone to give us the quote,then instead of apologising they blamed us by saying that it was our duty to ask. On top of that, their manager was very rude lady.She doesn’t know how to speak to customers. She was extremely rude and speaking in high tone. Please guys don’t go to them.
The serviceman himself did a great job however have found dealing with the admin rude and frustrating. They never responded to my emails or to my calls and when I did speak to them they were rude. Also charged an $80 fee for travel when I had to wait for a day when there was a workman in my area completing 3 other jobs...
