They were clearly trying to rip me off just to pass the WOF — failed my inspection for “worn-out” brake pads that still had over 80% life left. Another garage passed my WOF with no issues at all. It really feels like they fail people just to make extra money. Not recommended.
I took my car for a WOF and they even booked me on a Saturday ( that’s perfect due to my roster ), the service was great!!!!!!! I will take my car there foreverrr!!!! Highly recommended ☺️
Our car battery died on the road, and unfortunately the shop we bought it from didn’t provide installation service. AutoEase Car Care kindly offered to install it for free. Although the installation wasn’t successful in the end (because we had purchased the wrong battery), Tina at reception patiently helped us identify the correct model for our car. Without their support, we wouldn’t have been able to resolve the issue so quickly. Really grateful for their kindness and excellent service — highly recommend!

Took my car in for a service here, and WOF a month later. Friendly excellent service at a fair price. Very communicative with what needed doing, asked before completing any additional work, and offered great advice on how to look after my car.
They are just the BEST, extremely nice staff, I arrived without notice on saturday 30 minutes before closing time, cause my engine control light turned on. They checked it immediatly, helped me and comforted me. When I asked how much do I owe them, they told me it's ok and I'd pay if the problem still continues on our next session. Love you guys!
