She offered to redo the perm completely free of charge, and today she took her time to make sure everything was perfect.    I got a haircut at Kate's a few years ago, and I’m only writing this now because it still sticks in my mind as the worst haircut I’ve had in Christchurch. The cut itself was really sloppy — probably because Kate was cutting my hair and another customer’s at the same time. It felt super rushed and unprofessional. To make it worse, the price was higher than most other salons I’ve been to, so I definitely felt like I overpaid for a pretty bad experience. Wouldn’t go back.
