   Welcoming staff, very friendly and polite, lots of room for kids to move around in. Good selection of toys to entertain when waiting. Wonderful approach to toddlers who move alot with lots of fleeting emotions. Good distractions during hair cut to keep them busy. Good social interactions with toddlers felt like we were in good hands. Lovely first time hair cut complete with a really nice certificate, photo and lock of hair. Parking a little bit tricky due to location but there is roadside parking available.

   Phenomenal job getting my son's first haircut done (14 months). He was able to be distracted for the first half, and though he lost it and got upset during the second half, the staff still managed to complete a good trim for him. The hairdresser was understanding when I said we preferred not to introduce our boy to an iPad, and made do with the various toys etc around. Really glad we chose this place! Will definitely be back for another cut when it's needed.

   My son is nearly 5 and had his very first haircut today. How freakin incredible is this place?! They get to sit in a cool car, watch something they love, and everyone that works there is SO genuine and kind (and funny!!) I honestly wouldn’t take my children anywhere else. 100000/10

   Have been here several times now for my son Lucas's hair cuts. The staff are so lovely and know how to make the little ones feel welcome and safe which is paramount. The young ones have a choice of car they would like to sit in and can also watch an iPad to distract them from the haircut itself. Have recommended shear havoc to anyone I can.

   I recommend this salon highly. I had a 5 star experience with my very shy toddler, whom the hairdressers were so patient with. Not only did they make him feel at ease, but one hairdresser even offered to entertain my baby so I could sit with my toddler for his haircut. Your kindness made my day. To top it all off, a lovely hair style! Thank you!
