I live in California and needed a bouquet sent to Te Puke. I viewed the options online and emailed Bayfair Florist with some questions. Tessa responded quickly and after quite a few prompt emails back and forth I was able to order and pay online. Tessa delivered the bouquet the same day and followed up with an email to me letting me know she made the delivery. I had a call from my friend a couple of hours later saying that the flowers were beautiful. I cannot recommend Tessa enough, she was awesome! Thank you, Tessa!!

I was blown away by the beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to me for Mothers Day. Without doubt this was the nicest bouquet I have ever received. The beautiful paper around the flowers was also used to wrap the chocolates that had been added on. We weren't at home so they were left in a wee pot of water under cover by the front door. Amazing customer service and presentation. Chocs were delicious also by the way. Thanks so much. I will totally be recommending you from now on.
