Never trust this service I bought a vehicle with one of there inspections done on it ended up costing me £1000 roughly contacted them regarding this and was basically fobbed off see pictures they were signed off by there supposed technician

What a fantastic experience at the AA Sydenham branch! My son just took and passed his learners licence, and we couldn't have asked for a better process. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the most efficient iPad-wielding gatekeeper who sets the whole show in motion. The staff are not only incredibly efficient but also genuinely friendly and funny. We were helped by Jayden, who was great and on top of his game, but a special shout-out has to go to Meg. This woman is hilarious! She had us laughing so much she should seriously consider a stand-up comedy gig. Thanks for making what could have been a stressful experience so enjoyable.

What a great team ! Sally went above and beyond to help work through the queue of people to fast track the process - offering a seat to an elderly woman. Every staff member at the counters were friendly and efficient. A great vibe in this AA. Thankyou
Took much longer than said. I waited in the waiting room which you can see the work shop. The technician seemed to spend more time chatting to a work colleague than actually working on my car. The inspection told me very little about the actual mechanical state of the vehicle total waste of time.
Hell on earth. Snooty old tarts at the desk. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have patience and can’t be nice to people. Not even worth 1 star.
Avoid this place at all costs. I had the displeasure of dealing with a muppet called Dave, who was the most difficult, glass half empty person ever. Said my car was going to take weeks and weeks to get through and it was going to be extremely difficult. Picked my car up and took it elsewhere. Turns out the only extremely difficult thing was Dave. Had it back in 4 days on the road. In your face fool!
