Avoid at all cost. These guys are clowns. I had about I would say a 10 cent piece hole in my cab of my van above my drivers head. They said it had to be fixed as it was hurting the structural integrity of the vehicle. So they fixed it without me saying yes do it. Lol I just put my finger through it.I thought they would have at least cut out a piece and welded it in you know maybe a little grinding back to make it look half way decent.These morons just put some rubber plug in it. Boy that toughened her up. Stay away stay away stay away from there. Peace everyone.
Still not sure if I got swindled by Wayne Wilson Automotive or if they're just very expensive. I took my Suzuki Swift to Wayne Wilson Automotive in July 2022 for a general service/WOF. The WOF failed as the front strut mounts needed to be replaced. All up cost me $1500. I didn't have a good feeling after my experience with Wayne Wilson Automotive so I've since chosen a different mechanic (and feel a lot happier).
Lovely people. Good service. Keen to help and sort car problem. However: Was shocked to be charged $20 for “courtesy car,” which I borrowed to pop down rd to have lunch with my husband. It was expensive lunch considering the cost of courtesy car. I suggest like other car repairers that you do not charge for courtesy car. My bill more than paid for the courtesy car. Only reason you did not get 5 stars is because cost of courtesy car.
Avoid at all costs. These guys are absolute swindlers. Will do work on your car you didn’t ask for, overcharge you and then refuse to hand back the keys when you complain.
Do not under any circumstances go to this mechanic. Very inappropriate behavior towards women.
The owner did a lot of unnecessary work and then got aggressive when I queried it.
Don’t ever go here for a service trust me go to oil changes they will scam you if I could I would give them zero stars
Went there. They said it was going to be $90 to swap a tyre and balance 2 front wheels and fix a puncture on pickup they had changed it to $210 typical bait and switch. BEWARE.
