it's always a butt pucker taking a 26yr old mercedes to a new garage for a wof. no pucker necessary!! prompt communication, no 'up sell' and very reasonable pricing. almost looking forward to my next wof. cheers team.
These guys are the best. Great competitive pricing, but nothing beats great service which is exactly what Edgeware Automotive provides. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and Whanau.
The prices and repairs are a total rip-off. I can't even believe they're part of the MTA. Theyβre selling crappy refurbished batteries as brand new, and the prices are insane. The three-month warranty they promised? Yeah, thatβs a joke. Replacing a regular battery costs as much as a hybrid oneβ$1200! Why donβt you just go rob people on the street? Itβd be quicker and easier than scamming folks. Charging me $1000 for a tiny part thatβs only $120 new? Unbelievable.
These days it can be quite difficult finding a mechanic that is affordable, honest and has great service. Edgeware Automotive is a mechanic company that I can confidently go to without feeling taken advantage of and happily learn basic knowledge regarding my vehicle without feeling judged upon. Extremely thankful for these positive qualities and would definitely reccomend to friends and family.
I got referred this place by a friend and I have only great things to say about it! I was nervous going to a new place as I have previously been ripped off and treated badly by another place ): but I was so delighted when I got there. I was greeted with a smiley face and they were so accommoding to me and made me feel looked after. I won't be going anywhere else this is definitely my favorite!! Highly recommend 10/10
Judgemental and rude mechanic literally made faces at me when I couldn't answer all his car related questions. Would have thought they'd be a bit more understanding that not everyone has a qualification in mechanics and could show a bit more kindness
Very pleased with how quickly they fit my hybrid in, diagnosed the problem and had it sorted. Back on the road in 2 hours. This was my first time using them. I'll be going back.
This is my second year coming here for a WOF and this place has been the best discovery! As a young woman it is nice to find a place where I feel comfortable and confident to take my car.
