I have to give a massive thanks to Keith and his entire team . They went above and beyond to work tirelessly (2 weeks) on my car to diagnose what was going wrong and then gave honest opinions on my options going forward. They are extremely diligent and trustworthy, and their pricing is excellent. I was recommended Motorworks by a friend and as long as Keith and his team are running the business, I won't be taking my cars anywhere else now. I had think carefullly about posting a review, so here I'll just present the facts: I brought my car in for a warrant of fitness. I was told that my shocks were leaking and that there were some other problems that would cost $1700 to repair. I took my car elsewhere to get a second opinion. At the second place, I did not mention anything about the previous diagnosis, and the warrant of fitness came back with no issues noted. I'll let everyone draw their own conclusions from this. This aside, the service has been good.

I bought my car here to have an oil filter change and oil change in preparation for a long trip. On arrival I Was met with friendly and very welcoming staff. Motor works is a family business which is Kiwi owned and operated. I cannot fault the service provided as everything they could do to help out was provided. Professional, efficient and informative Motorworks is a business I would recommend you consider using. Called in again recently with battery problems. They were great and fixed on the spot. This was appreciated.
