These guys have done the WoFs, servicing, and repairs for my two vehicles for the past couple of years and I am very happy with their service. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I can strongly recommend them.
This is my second time with them and I have given my car for yearly service. The car service done was very pathetic and there is no internal cleaning, vacuuming & dusting done. All dust sitting on my dashboard and doors was as it is and there is no dashboard polishing done too. Normally, when I using other AA service centre, they always doing during and polishing of doors & dashboard perfectly with all shining surfaces inside my car. Being an AA member since last 5-6 years, I requested for AA Member - Standard Oil $269 Silver Service but without taking my consent they did AA Member - Advanced Oil $349 silver Service and charge me more. It’s against NZ law to do any change in requested service without taking owner’s consent. I called them back and spoke with a guy name Allan & explain him everything but he provided an explanation which is not acceptable. It looks like I have to file legal complaint against them about not taking my consent and charging me extra if they are not ready to pay me back the extra charged money without my consent. Requesting AA franchisee providers to look into such matters when providing AA franchisee to such people to run their own business as they are doing illegal stuff. Hopeless people…..please do not go for your car service to AA Shirley Service Centre….thanks n regards, Ajit
Great service and communication. Ryan was a lovely guy to speak to and kept you up to date with everything about your vehicle. A little expensive but with AA they give the extra service of making sure you get your money's worth and the safety of your vehicle is at a high standard. Recommended highly.
Had an AA 10-Point Check done on my car today. Friendly and professional service. Took the time to explain a few things and offer advice. They even managed to squeeze in a puncture repair while I waited. Alan answered all my questions and put me at ease. Will definitely be back!
I recently serviced my car through AA, an online service provider. The process was seamless, and once I submitted my requirements, a membership provider offered better discounts and expected servicing pricing. Ryan, who manages AA SHIRLEY, contacted me within two hours to confirm my booking and provided timely reminders leading up to the servicing date. On the day of servicing, I dropped off my car at 8:30 am and received it back by 12:00 pm, as the service was completed swiftly. The quality of servicing was exceptional, meeting all the technical requirements.

I got scammed, $300 for changing 4 lts of oil... Didn't even replace the filter. What a waste of time and money. They appear to prey on those who lack mechanical knowledge.
Had been mucked around by the shop up the road for weeks and over priced for work , aa Warrington said we can sort it out! Did a warrant and couldn't fit the car in for a simple service and wheel alignment to save there business's life! Receptionist keeps booking in cars , despite being told we were priority, then COVID closed the shop down and then got forgotten about all week, absolutely shocking management and service team, what a joke AA Warrington Maybe employ service receptionists who can actually do there job.
Booked WOF by direct contact with centre, minimal wait time, professional welcome on arrival, explanation of failure given, repairs and costing given reasonable, repair scheduled in a timely manner- good facilities in waiting area, washroom cleanliness was amazing compared with many other service centres. Would recommend services to all. Trusted site.
I came in for my booked car appointment to get a Warrant of Fitness done, staff were really approachable and friendly and respectful as well. And the staff member that was on the desk that day explained very well what I needed to get done with my car so I have already booked online for repairs to be done and awaiting confirmation once they’ve opened up, since it’s holidays time and all that jazz. Pretty thankful to be a AA member and have an awesome staff member explain to me what was happening with my vehicle and what needs to be done in order for it to pass the requirements needed.
