   It’s been over 10 years since my last dental visit……I had a pretty traumatic experience in the past and have always been terrified of injections. My partner recommended I give Lumino on Cambridge a try, and I’m so glad I did! Dr Claire was truly amazing and she took the time to explain everything and assured me it would be painless (and she was absolutely right!). Her assistant Charlotte was also super kind and comforting throughout the whole process, which really helped calm my nerves. I also really appreciate how Dr Claire mapped out a clear plan for my dental care from start to finish. It made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Big thanks as well to the lovely reception team for being super welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in as it really set the tone for a great experience. Highly recommend Dr Claire and Charlotte. They’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist!

   This should be your go to Dentist in Christchurch. Jesse and his assistant are the most warm, kind, professional and efficient practitioners you could ask to work on your mouth. Having flown into Christchurch with a badly infected tooth, I desperately sought help from them, as I happened to be staying next-door, in Quest on Cambridge. They took me in immediately, without hesitation. I was given a good, clear assessment of my situation. I was treated and received antibiotics which helped clear up the infection rapidly. They then did the billing immediately to Southern Cross. They saved me from considerable ongoing discomfort. Thank you Jesse and Lumino! You guys are stars! Highly recommended!

   Excellent service all round: started with super friendly and welcoming receptionist Liz, carried on with very knowledgeable dentist Tom (who I had a great conversation about surfing) and finished with amazing work from the dental hygienist Rosalind! Last time I had this service done in another practice it was painful, a nightmare. But Rosalind was so skilled, made me feel super relaxed and gave me great information about my cold sensitivity teeth. Glad I found a great team who cares!

   I had such a positive experience at this clinic. Jesse and Alex were so welcoming, taking time to explain the procedures without rushing. It is obvious that patient care and well being is their top priority. Their level of care and professionalism were outstanding, and Jesse's attention to detail produced exceptional work. Also the first time I've been in a dental chair for a longer appointment without feeling anxious. Highly recommend.

   I love this team! I visited The Smile Company at the end of June 2022. I interacted with Jayne, Vanessa, Marika, and Megan and couldn't have been more impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, personality, and care. Every interaction whether it be through email, text, phone, or in person was friendly and helpful. I will certainly be going back and my partner is excited to switch to them. I only have heaps of praise for this team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a better dental experience!

   I have been to quite a few different dentists and I can truthfully say that this company has given me the best experience. I was looked after by reception really well, and got sent lots of appointment reminders which was really excellent. The dentist and assistant (Tom and Hayley) were super friendly and informative as they did my three fillings. I liked that they used a rubber mouth guard thing to stop the stuff going down my throat which was a new but good experience. I also thought that the numbing injections were really good and not scary/painful at all.

   Our family highly recommend Smile Company as Christchurch leading dental practice. Tom and Sam make a great team and make any treatment and checkup easy, providing clear explanation of treatment and providing options, along with a great sense of humour. Anna was wonderful for our anxious daughter who needed extractions to prepare for orthodontic work. Victoria and the rest of team are super friendly and always accommodating. Love the booking system and automated reminders. Over the years and in our travels we have visited a number of dentists in Aus and NZ, and Smile Co has certainly been the best
