Was served by Jack when I came in to buy some sandals a few days ago. Jack offered great service and I was happy with what I bought. He also upsold me a few other things like socks and portable backpacks. I didn't need them but he was so convincing and persuasive that I went ahead and bought them anyway. :-) Everyone I met at Kathmandu Tower Junction seemed really pleasant and helpful. Lovely atmosphere in the shop and very spacious premises. A pleasure to shop there.
Jack’s service was unbelievable! He listened to our needs, gave the right recommendations, and treated my sister and me with so much friendliness and patience. We’re really impressed!
Great service from the manager today. 1st person I asked about something just direct me to the jackets and said can pack them all up small!!!!! Then the manager came along and basically gave advice, suggestions, looked for jackets out the back. Excellent.
First time at this store and it has sooo much stuff! What a bargain for kids jackets!!! Love me a sale!!!
2 front counters, people were waiting a one lot... but all the staff were at the other and no staff called them over or even acknowledged them. It's a shame as this is a pretty cool store, set up well and has good deals etc... but staff just aren't paying attention to their customers
Nice staff but very very little knowledge about s the products even I know they have! Kathmandu has totally lost its way - if you want square top fashion items that don’t perform outdoors shop here. If you want great looking too performance items go to MACPAC
