   Valley Motor Court we ordered some parts from Hi Tech on Friday spoke to Geroge, and the parts ordered, they arrived on Monday. great service and its refreshing to see a business that not only promises what they say , but a parts person who doesn't sound like they are miserable are about to jump of a bridge if you don't have a VIN number great work keep it up !! i wish more businesses in the auto industry were like these guru's here Regards Andrew Caithness Director Otago Wholesale Limited

   To all those who are interested in finding pretty much any part in existence for a jeep. This is your one stop shop. I have been rebuilding this very neglected Jeep Cherokee XJ & every part I have needed has come from Hi Tech. From Axle Seals & UJ's, every component in the coolant system to an entire transfer case! Heaps of on hand stock, I have never had to wait for stock & everything is priced great. No rediculous price hikes here. Thanks so much to the Hi Tech team who have spent hours helping me with all my questions. Everyone's knowledge here is extensive and its a nice change from what has become the norm in the auto parts world. Special shout out to George. Always kind courteous proffesional & efficient. I never have to wait & he always gives me the correct answers right off the bat. Thank you George. I will be seeing you and the team soon :)

   I have been meaning to leave this review since July, however a whirlwind of events happened in my life but I’ve recently had the time to sit down and write this review. I’m taking the time today to write to anyone who comes across this establishment wondering if they’ll be able to help them with a part they’ve been searching for. I’m here to tell you that the gentlemen working at Hi Tech Auto go above and beyond the call to customer service. I live in Toronto, Canada and I had been searching for this fender flare for MONTHS. I came across a post that this part had been available half way across the world, I picked up the phone and called long distance hoping that the distance between us would not affect my ability to receive this part. Richard answered the call and help me through this entire process. Without him my Jeep Liberty(Cherokee) would be hideous with that missing fender flare. Shipping across the planet was reasonable given the size of the product and it arrived in a manageable amount of time. Mind you July was peak COVID-19 season, but that didn’t effect anything. The package was secure and my part was received without any damage, they took their time and made sure my flare reached its destination safely. Thanks a MILLION to Richard and the crew here at Hi Tech Auto! Look no further for any of your automotive part needs!
