Depends on what you need of course but our experience was, if they had the part, they were very good to deal with and good pricing vs buying OEM from the car yard. 85% saving in this instance.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience trying to purchase car parts from your store. The service was abysmal, with unhelpful staff who seemed disinterested in assisting customers. Additionally, the website was difficult to navigate, making it nearly impossible to find the parts I needed. This entire experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to recommend your services to anyone. I have to say, your service for purchasing car parts was absolutely trash. From the unhelpful staff to the confusing website, it was a complete waste of time. I'm incredibly disappointed and won't be considering your services again."
Lack of urgency/general interest for selling me some parts. Had to chase them up multiple times to which I never recieved an account to pay into. Disappointing. Got parts elsewhere in the end.
Worst customer service, incorrect parts supplied, rude when trying to rectify issue, what more can I say. wont be using again

Just called this place asking for a Honda throttle body. They had a second hand one for $180. I explained that I had just spoke to the Honda dealer before them who had a brand new one for $150 (which I honestly did). He said OK you can go to the Honda dealer. I asked if that price was reasonable for a second hand one when I can get brand new for 150, he said 'OK I can do it for 150' 'no thanks, bye'

Very friendly, and helpful. I needed a tiny plastic part that holds the drivers door handle mechanism to its connecting rod, and cheerfully they provided the part for a few bucks. Thank you.
