I have never experienced such a bad customer service. We told them that there was a problem with the unit and they said that there was no problem after trying it many times. When we asked them if they were using the same car, but they didn't answer. It is said that it is a problem with our car. Especially their manager and another employee, who firmly said that there was no problem with this unit after trying many times, but there must be a problem if we return it. So what's the point of our return? Won't come back here again. Let's do things first.
Was told to ring this crowd. Asked if he had parts for my car which he did. I asked for the part, he said no and hung up! I tried to call back but he picked up and hung up the phone again. Either very rude or dodgy!

Confirmed over the phone that they had the part and gave me a quote. When I came in they needed to remove the part and also went back to find and remove another part for me (which didn’t take long). Gave me a good price for both, no fuss efficient service.
Very helpful business with lots and lots of spare parts. They have an extensive range of second hand car parts for almost every Japanese car (make and model) that's on the road. The service was good and they explored all the options to get the part I was trying to find. Parking on the street wasn't really an option but you could park inside in front of the building. Would be a good first try business if you were looking a particular part.
