   We hired a trailer to move houses, the condition of the trailer was terrible, and mid way through moving, the rotten floorboards fell underneath one of us. This is completely unsafe and never should have been lent out. When we returned the trailer wanting a refund the employee tried to tell us it was our fault because we had asked an employee to clean out branches and debris before we took it? As if somehow that explains the poor condition? We were very reluctantly given a refund and told not to return to the business. We are very disappointed in the poor service from the employee and quality of the trailer, a very near miss for a bad injury.

   Multiple bad experiences with the manager and other employees. Terrible customer service loves to make you feel stupid, bad mouths you for asking about parts to their colleagues after thinking they put you on hold. Never get back to you for a quote requests.

   Entitled rude employee. Went to grab a lug nut and a trailing light, I asked for an m14 1.5 lugnut and the employee very disrespectfully told me it was most likely an 3/16 lug nut, I told him that it was not as it was off a commodore and is a m14 1.5, But he still gave me a 3/16 20 lug nut and muttered under his breath saying ‘no it’s a 3/16 u want’ in a demeaning tone I found it extremely rude and disrespectful as in the store he treated me as if I was stupid and decided he knew better than me about my own project that I didn’t ask for help on, He also told me that my trailer lights where not legal (which is not true as it both previously had wof with them and no where on vtnz it says anything about size of lights) Over all I’d only use butler if it’s the last resort before even time I go there the employees (yes I’ve had multiple different ones) treat me as if I’m stupid and are not helpful when I have genuine questions. If I ask for an m14 1.5 lugnut I don’t expect to hear someone talk under there breath about how it’s a ‘3/16’, or be told extremely incorrect information in a demeaning tone that is proven wrong buy a simple google search. Won’t be shopping there unless I have to and plz put ur employees through a customer service course cuz this isn’t the first time

   They sold me the wrong type of battery for my car. I gave them my rego and all the information they needed. It's a battery.... how can you even get that wrong. Could have done a better job on my own.

   Bought a part online first one that turned up was damaged and already fitted. They sent a replacement but when that turned up it was wrong and for a refund expected both returned. Won’t be buying from here again
