   Can’t recommend Baby On The Move Tauranga enough. We were struggling to choose a car seat for our 7 month old that was getting to the end of his capsule. We came in not really knowing what we wanted and the staff were so great to deal with. They asked lots of questions and gave us practical comparisons which led us to a great car seat. Then came the installation which gave us the peace of mind knowing our little one was as safe as possible.

   Fena was amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful. As a first time mum, it means the world having an expert to ask and trust with recommendations. We ended up with the Nuna Arra Flex for our capsule and the Uppababy Vista V3 stroller. We absolutely love both and are so grateful for Fena and the crew.

   The best experience! Fena took heaps of time to explain all the pros and cons of about SEVEN different seats. She asked questions about our car, our future plans & other relevant information to make it personalized to us rather than the comparisons on YouTube, Forums & Blogs etc. Can't recommend the service/advice/experience enough. We got all the information we needed to make the perfect car seat choice for us. Not only that, the store had so much selection for all the others bits and pieces - from portacots & carriers, to clothes, bibs & baths.

   Best customer service experience in a long time! Every time we head in to Baby on the Move Tauranga they are always so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased our carseat from them and they helped us set it up for our son and even installed it in our car for us. It takes the pressure off knowing our son is safe in his seat and its fitted to him! I cannot recommend this business enough as they are so accomodating!

   Very helpful and friendly staff. I purchased a new car seat for my toddler. One of the staff even pushed my baby in her pram so I could concentrate on how to correctly install the seat. I understand the store is under new ownership as of a few weeks ago.
