I saw the lovely floral leggings online, went into store to try on, sooo glad I did as the size runs really large! I needed xs! Rhonda was super friendly and helpful. I'll certainly be back for all the lovely gifts options, great for Christmas presents!
I briefly visited the store because I found the space very beautiful. When I approached Anna, she was a bit rude and cut me off abruptly, which made me feel unwelcome. I understand she was trying to give me the right information, but the way she delivered it came across as harsh while I was simply trying to be properly heard and get her perspective customer services is about receiving anyway and make them feel welcome even if they are not a client.
This fabulous shop also sells face masks for people who are unable to wear regular masks behind their ears. Apparently Annah has great empathy for people who have issues in this area. Due to surgery, my elderly Dad is one of these people and knowing he was about to start a long journey with the hospital system I popped in to the Colombo store to buy a pack of about 20. The beautiful blond lady who served me was so helpful, giving a demonstration on how to put them on easily and she even packed them in a gorgeous floral carry bag. I had only spent about $20! How classy was that??? Thankyou.
I ordered the Fabia dress in Ocean blue online it arrived within days of me ordering it. I absolutely love this dress which I bought to wear my nieces wedding in Paris in June.
Found my perfect wedding dress here, and not the traditional kind, I wasn't after white and lace although that is available. The ladies in the shop were extremely helpful especially when it came to making sure things were tied in the correct way to transform doubtful into spectacular. Awesome service, happy with the price and so looking forward to wearing this dress on my wedding day, it's amazing. Plenty of other gorgeous looking items in stock for any occasion. If I had a special event I'd come here first and I rarely wear a dress, and dislike dress shopping, so this is saying something from my point of view. Top notch customer service. Thank you!
I went to Annah Stretton Hamilton and tried some dresses and they didn't fit me and I said "I don't want to buy them" and the lady whose name is Jo who has black curly hair and who is very tall told me the alteration is free and I purchased one of the dresses and I said I am going to Christchurch and she told me the alteration seamstress's phone number and I went to the Christchurch branch and met the seamstress whose name is Sonya and Sonya did alteration and she asked me to pay 50 dollars. Since Jo told me it's free and I was really surprised. Sonya didn't tell me that she is going to charge me until I received the dress! If she told me she would charge me 50 dollars, I didn't ask her to do alteration and I would have brought it to another seamstress. She said if I don't pay, she will take legal action and I had to pay 50 dollars. The dress was about 160 dollars and alteration was 50 dollar. Would you buy a dress if 1/4 was of your money is spent on alteration? I really regret that I purchased the dress. I called Jo and she said she didn't say it's free and she is a liar. If it's not free I didn't buy the expensive dress. I will never buy any clothes anymore in this store or in Christchurch. If their attitude was good I would have bought many though. I am really disappointed. Sonya's attitude was really arrogant and I will never ask her to do alteration. I feel I am robbed.
Beautiful shop, beautiful people! I set up a floral wall for a mothers day event and was so welcomed and thanked and made to feel special even though I wasn't even a client in this instance! Thank you ♡
