This is my go to branch when buying clothes for my husband. My favourite Hallensteins branch! The lovely staff are very accommodating and very patient. They make us feel relaxed and not rushed.
I came in the other day looking for a suit for my son. I was looking for help and approached a taller bigger man with glasses who was in his 20s multiple times but every attempt was ignored. He was very unhelpful and quite frankly rude. I was prepared to spend big money at this store but the interaction with this young man made me feel very unwelcome and upset - I will not be returning to this store.
Great service! I recently bought in my two boys (aged 11 & 9) who were super keen for some Leisure Club stuff. I was served by a young-ish blonde lady and a gentleman with big hair and they were both SO kind and helpful to my boys and went out of their way to find their sizes and celebrate them spending their own money etc. Was awesome service. Thanks!
Always loved the variety they have, however, Utah’s customer service has always been excellent! Makes it easier to shop when you have someone like him to help you. Great person and an asset to the company.

Went in to buy some shoes for work .My size was on the display shelf which was cool so I could quickly try them on. A young staff member came up to see if I was ok and I said I would like a pair of these thanks. Now instead of grabbing me a new pair she grabbed the other one from the display and took them to the counter. She then placed them in a brown paper bag and said here ya go. I mean maybe I'm getting old and shoe boxes are out now but when I buy shoes ,I don't want the ones on show that everyone has picked up, tried on etc I want a new pair and in a box. I had already tapped and paid before I could see this so just left.
Super busy. Lots of staffs were busy tidying up the clothes
Great service, guy tried his hardest to find the size in the other suit we were looking at with no joy. Very help and friendly.
