   Incredibly lovely staff and excellent customer service. I left my earrings on the counter, and only noticed when I got home; when I called the store about it, they were so kind and quick to get them back to me. The staff went above and beyond.

   Came in to grab a tee that i saw was on sale online, lady refused to give me the sale as it rung up full price ended up going to the lovely ladies at the palms at did it straight away! I have worked in retail and understand how the system is but be that lazy to not even want to price check the item. The lady was rude about it only giving me full price option or to purchase it online that doesn’t have click and collect option so have to pay extra yet i literally had it in my hand at the till…absolute waist of time.

   Came into cotton on during black Friday weekend with my daughter. A girl with mid length dark hair, think her name was Vanessa or something similar, was very helpful. Despite the store being very busy she helped my daughter find her correct size in jeans and helped find some tops to match. Would definitely recommend, the staff here are very lovely and helpful

   Terrible experience at this store. The staff member Vanessa was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like answering basic questions was too much effort. Completely unprofessional and made the whole visit unpleasant. Management needs to address this.

   will never go back here! my daughter went into this store with a friend looking for a pair of jeans, they were looking around and a worker with short red hair came upto my daughter and accused her of stealing from this store the week prior. she was extremely rude to my daughter and made her feel terrible and she came home crying. she has never stolen anything in her life but because of how she looks this worker only saw her as a stealer, so good job you have now forever lost a loyal customer

   Worst customer service. Wouldn't get off their phone to even greet you. Constantly gossiping between each other. No space in the store to even push my pram didn't even offer to help when my pram got stuck in their small isle

   The girl working, Ashleigh ignored me and my friends while we struggled to get bikinis from the top shelf, had no customer service at all. On the other hand, the young man working was amazing super helpful even tho he didnt know much about bra sizes or bikinis, bless this man.
