Cooper & workmate from Uruguay arrived a couple of hours late but that wasn't a problem as they set up and went about their business of house wash and roof mould & lichen treatment. Did a thorough job and completed with window wash in 3 hours. Nice guys and job well done. Recommend Chemwash for this work.
The guys from Chemwash Tauranga did a fantastic job, the house hasn’t looked this good in years. Really good communication throughout, turned up early, and worked hard all day to get the job done efficiently. Really impressed with the whole experience, would thoroughly recommend.
Brilliant service. Kept us informed of their arrival date and time and turned up on time. Did an amazing job on both our Cedar cladding and Kwila decks. We are booking them to do a pre-paint whole house wash early in the New Year. Very professional operators and highly recommended.
Not happy. Have contacted Chem Wash Tauranga on numerous occasions after our roof and house wash. Our black garage door and pillars have been left stained with the chemicals from the roof wash. Chem Wash take no responsibility and have suggested it was already like that. Not good enough. Do not recommend them at all!!
You guys did an ok job overall of cleaning the house. But you say your chemicals don’t damage plants. I have two potted trees that have been significantly damaged by your chemicals. These could easily have been moved by myself or my friend who was here at the time of the house clean, and failing that they could easily have been moved by your workers. I would think these plants are dead , or have so much die off that they no longer have a nice shape. At the size they are, they would be at least $100 each to replace so I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent old-fashioned customer service. Nicolas and Jimmy are fantastic and their attention to detail as well as care for what a customer requires is second to none. I had gotten four quotes, and Chemwash was the second most expensive but their communication, information and professionalism won them the job. The others felt like fly by night operators. I'd rather pay a bit more and have piece of mind that a good quality job has been completed - which it was - my house, driveway and patios are looking brand new. I strongly recommend the team at Chemwash Tauranga if you want a professional job done backed with warranty and good customer service.

In the end we had a great result and our house looks incredible! Thank you Chemwash tauranga!! Initially we had some communication problems hence the 4 star review. Any issues I had with the job the team were more than happy to correct. They were also very accommodating in the fact they didn't require me to be home for the job to proceed.
