   I went in to try to arrange a Business Bank account on A Saturday morning. Although Kelly D was not a business account manager, she went above and beyond to help me get it all set up within an hour, liaising with the phone service, scanning and uploading documents etc. The experience restored my faith in banking and reminded me why I chose to bank with ANZ - faultless, personalised customer service.    I went into this bank 6 months ago and the service was awesome. I went online as well and they told me about the features they have. You can put photos of your whānau on them. That, is so cool and now I have a photo of my whānau on my card. Definitely a winner for me!!!
