The quality of paperwork was extremely good but the communications in preparing them extremely bad. The fee for services was out of kilter with the account movements.

As an accounting newbie Upshot have gone out of their way to hold my hand as I got up to speed, and I'm grateful that there's no such thing as a dumb question.
