Overall a super easy and satisfying process. My initial and only meeting with Alastair was online, but I was able to get a good sense of how how he is as a person, which seems to be very much down to earth and relatable. I certainly appreciated this, rather than all suit n tie, talking jargon and trying to assign me to a package / bank that I didn't really want. (Speaking from past experiences). He an Kym handled all of my affairs with understandable and timely responses and my requests were ultimately heard, accommodated and actioned upon. (Even some last minute requests were negotiated for me with the bank which I'm super grateful for). More than happy to continue using and recommending their services.
