   I’ve been here over a dozen times to the kids side of the store since January 2025 and each time I’m greeted and welcomed so lovingly by April. She has played with my 2 year old who absolutely adores her. Thanks to April I’ve always had a smooth shopping experience because she keeps my toddler busy. And there’s nothing more amazing to experience when shopping in a store than a staff member taking the integrity to interact with my kids! I think she is amazing & I love visiting seed because of her. Thank you April!!!!! Your kindness goes a looong way. Xx

   Customers service at S H Christchurch City branch is truly exceptional especially one lady who is mostly there floating between kids’ and adults’ section. She is always ready to offer advice and makes suggestions. Today it was nearly closing time when I went in to buy a last minute present and she ensured us before leaving that the other girls were there to assist us and we could take all the time we needed to make purchase. It took my anxiety off right away as I was quite embarrassed to enter into the store just before its closing time.

   In the past, on separate trips to Seed I have left feeling judge and like I was a burden by one person in particular (who I have not seen in a while). However, all the other staff working on those particular days have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I continue to shop at Seed for the quality in their clothing. Fast-forward to today, best customer service ever. Lee was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much effort, she went above and beyond. All the staff working today were very friendly and approachable. When customers have a positive experience, it can make a ton of difference from leaving the shop with a full bag of new clothes (as I did today). In comparison to "just browsing" and leaving empty handed. Great work Lee and all the staff that were working today :).

   I love the kids clothes here and the adults clothes and accessories. For the kids the clothes are super funky and cool. There are loads of little surprises of toys and cool rings and little bags for the little rugrats, the things you can buy here can not be understated, you can get a very cool life jacket with a sharks fin on the back. It is not cheap but the quality is fabulous!!! The eomens clothes are lightweight with beautiful colors and designs. Real summer on trend clothes. Big hats and fantastic bags and earrings. Love love love this store.
